There’s not much to be said about the concept of the show, but rather the whole gist of the phrase, Band of Knowbodys.
In all walks of life, no matter who you meet, you will sooner or later realize that at some point ion your life, you may be destined to get brushed off or may have already gotten brushed. Whether young or old, you’ve been misunderstood, ignored and labeled as a nobody, just a nobody. But there’s that quiet person in the corner, that lone cabbie, the janitor, the misfit, the drunk, the quiet muted soul, the boisterous misunderstood fanatic, the tired old grump, the destitute unadorned genius, the hobo, the lonely monster, the nine-to-fiver, the limo driver, you name it… At the end of it all, everybody is not just a nobody, but rather, a KnoWbody. Everyone, every single soul has got something to give, something to piss into the pot. Everyone has got to KNOW something about anything, and may even have something to add. At the end of it all, we’re all just a bunch of KnoWbodys.
The show’s creators kicked back one evening over a few pints and began to develop the concept for this wonderful show. Since then, there’s many episodes to make, a broad range of topics, and a dash of chutzpah here and there…
